I spend almost the whole day on my laptop and I noticed that I was always sitting forward. I have been using this and it reminds me to sit properly. It is comfortable and easy to adjust.

I bought this because I was always slouching, especially when working. The support is actually very good and I like that I can adjust it depending on how tight I want it. It has become part of my daily routine.

At first I thought it would be uncomfortable, but I was surprised. I started wearing it for short periods and gradually increased the time. It gives my back good support and I am much more conscious of my posture now.
